چکیده
Objectives: Age-related liquefaction of vitreous humor may result in posterior detachment, retinal tear, and detachment. The purpose this study is to determine the normative values age-related changes normal population using different MRI sequences. Methods: A total 180 eyes 90 healthy cases were enrolled retrospective study. Patients divided into nine groups according age, each group was equal size with 10 patients(5 male 5 female). T1, T2, standardized T2 signals ADC determined for eye. parameters compared within between age groups. Results: No difference detected decadic mean T1W right left (p = 0.912 p 0.903, respectively), T2W 0.966 0.983, 0.915 0.899, 0.622 0.524, respectively). significant found terms < 0.001 0.001, Standardized fluid show a moderate degree correlation (r=0.514, 0.001) (r=0.534, 0.001). Conclusions: This provides comprehensive data on signal properties human its change age. Using MRI, especially T1 measurements, can be revealed non-invasively.

Sexual Dimorphism and Age-Related Variations of Corpus Callosum Using Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Introduction: Despite technological advances and numerous published investigations, sexual dimorphism of Corpus Callosum (CC) remains a matter of ongoing controversy. In the present study on neurologically healthy Iranian adults, we investigated the possible gender- and age-related variations in anthropometric callosal measurements. Methods: Our sample comprised 35 male and 35 female sub...
متن کاملAnalysis of Memory-Related Brain Activation Maps in Sleep-Depriveation using Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Background and purpose: Insomnia is a common sleep disorder with negative consequences such as decreased quality of life. In this study, the effect of sleep deprivation on memory in both young and older adults was investigated using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Materials and methods: In this retrospective study, fMRI data of 40 healthy subjects (17 young and 23 older people) w...
متن کاملSTRUCTURE AND FUNCTION Age-Related Changes in Myocardial Relaxation Using Three-Dimensional Tagged Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Purpose. Marked changes in left ventricular diastolic filling occur with advancing age, but alterations in myocardial movement accompanying these findings have not been previously documented. We aimed to identify differences in myocardial motion during relaxation and diastole using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), with tagging, which uniquely allows accurate, noninvasive assessment of myocardi...
